Customer Profile

This persona, Ali, a 24-year-old master’s student at the University of Waterloo, faces health challenges like migraines and anxiety. Their main pain points include long wait times and conflicting medical advice. Solutions focus on real-time appointment scheduling and personalized treatment plans. Ali is motivated by the convenience and affordability of healthcare to support their academic and personal well-being.

This prototype showcases a wellness app, 'Nom,' designed to help users improve their lifestyle. It features three key functions: nourishing meal planning, health organization, and effortless meal management. With a user-friendly interface, it promotes a healthier lifestyle through accessible food and wellness solutions.
