Hello

I was raised in southwestern Canada, where I later attended the University of Waterloo, an institution widely recognized for its strong culture of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Waterloo is considered one of Canada’s leading technology and innovation hubs, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.

I earned my Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Honours Geomatics from the University of Waterloo, where I developed a strong foundation in geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, and geospatial data collection, management, and analysis. During my studies, I developed a particular interest in LiDAR technologies, GIS applications, and advanced data analysis, which continue to shape my research and professional interests.

To further strengthen my analytical and technical skills, I am currently pursuing a Data Science Certificate and a Data Analytics and Behavioural Insights Certificate through the University of Waterloo and an Advanced GIS certificate through the University of Toronto. In addition, I have completed a GIS Certificate from the Centre of Geographic Sciences and an FME Certification, focusing on advanced geospatial data integration and automation workflows.

Beyond these programs, I hold an Agile Certificate from Six Sigma and have completed additional professional certifications from leading organizations including Google, Microsoft, IBM, Meta, Transport Canada (RPAS and Advanced RPAS certificate), Bentley Systems, and Esri. These certifications have allowed me to expand my expertise across geospatial technologies, data science, and digital innovation.

I have also honed skills in UAV, Airborne, Terrestrial, Mobile, Marine, and Mining LiDAR systems, and data, Earth Observation, and Satellite systems, and data, as well as GIS systems, and data through professional, and educational experiences.
